18.1.25 Don't fret about Apache 2.0

Apache 2.0 is a great product and really has some cool features, but it has no real intrinsic performance benefits over Apache 1.3 on Unix. On Windows you should be using Apache 2.0 anyway, because 1.3 is unstable on Windows.
